Returns: Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing and the logistical costs involved in international shipping, we do not accept returns except in cases of:
Manufacturing defects: If the product has defects proven to be caused during production, the customer may request the item to be replaced.
Transport damage: If the product arrives damaged during transport, the customer must contact us immediately, providing photos as proof. The company will evaluate the case and may offer a replacement or refund.
Request Procedures:
The customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging, proving the defect or damage.
The company will evaluate the request and provide a response within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company will bear the costs of resending the new product.
Our products undergo rigorous evaluation before shipping. The shipment of defective products is exceedingly rare.
In case of damage during transportation, the company may ask the customer to open a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of shipping costs.
